Representative Person, Missoula County supports House Bill 616 - Provide for an appropriation to increase access to playgrounds statewide - before House Fish, Wildlife and Parks this afternoon. HB 616 creates a funding mechanism and grant program to improve accessibility to playgrounds for residents and visitors. The bill will allow Missoula County, and other local governments, to partner with Montana State Parks to provide enhanced accessibility to outdoor recreation sites for all ages and abilities.
