Revise aquatic invasive species fund laws

    Missoula County supports House Bill 525 – Revise Aquatic Invasive Species Fund Laws, before House Natural Resources this afternoon. HB 525 creates the structure for an Aquatic Invasive Species Trust Fund that will ensure that the State’s AIS prevention and containment program is sufficiently funded over time to prevent new introductions of harmful aquatic invasive species and to control and manage existing aquatic invasive species to reduce economic and environmental impacts . Please support HB 525.
