Missoula County supports House Joint Resolution 9 - Joint Resolution to support passenger rail, on the House floor this afternoon, and thank Representative Hill for sponsoring this resolution. We recognize the infrastructure challenges in growing passenger rail and in increased freight along the southern route. The Empire Builder is an important resource for Montanans and we support efforts to ensure it's continued funding and in developing support for restoring passenger rail along the southern route.
