At the very most, our [Missoula County's] office will accept a copy of a candidate's C1-A form (the form to establish campaign finance for local County, City, School or Special District Candidates), but we do not see or handle any of the financial reporting. It is probably a clean-up bill for the Commissioner of Political Practices."
