Missoula County's tracking mechanism for legislation proposed at the 64th session of the Montana Legislature.
The following was sent to Representatives Curdy and Wilson:Missoula County supports House Bill 229 - Generally revise laws related to temporary road blocks, before House Transportation this afternoon with one amendment. We believe that the amendment will clarify those local law enforcement agencies will have the ability to create temporary road blocks during an active emergency and that the emergency is not limited to simply the apprehension of persons who have violated laws. Respectfully,Vickie Zeier on behalf of the Missoula County Commissioners
