HB 385

LC2121
Zach Brown

Revise cash donation in lieu of land for park dedication requirement

  1. Sending the following to Representatives McConnell, Steenberg and Wilson tomorrow morning:

    Representative,

Missoula County supports House Bill 385 - Revise the valuation of cash donations in lieu of park land in new subdivisions - before House Local Government this afternoon. Missoula County continues to expand its economic growth in part because of the amenities available to new firms, their employees and children. Perhaps foremost among these amenities is access to developed parks. This bill provides funding opportunities for neighborhoods to help plan and begin development of new parks in new subdivisions. Please support HB 385.

    Respectfully,
Vickie Zeier on behalf of the Missoula County Commissioners
