  1. Sent to Missoula Representatives:

Missoula County supports House Bill 536 – Revise Captive Insurance Laws to Allow Political Subdivisions, on the House floor this afternoon. HB 536 allows political subdivisions to form captive insurance companies and operate on a level playing field with private sector Montana companies. Political subdivisions can collaborate for the common good, control and own tailored insurance programs to shield themselves from price swings and pool resources. Please support HB 536.
    Respectfully,
Vickie Zeier on behalf of the Missoula County Commissioners
