Navigators, by definition, do not work for PHC. We employ "Certified Application Counselors", which is a different designation with similar duties and similar licenses issues by CS&I. Generally, if an employee were to lose the license due to an infraction outlined in this bill, the bill does not clarify how the employer would be notified. Somewhat problematic from an employer perspective.
