HB 193

LC1350
Daniel R. Salomon

  1. Pat O'Herren on Jan. 11, 2015: "In part, this bill allows an aggrieved party (or parties) to appeal a decision of the board of adjustment to the board of county commissioners prior to taking the matter to district court. Missoula County supports the opportunity for the public to ensure that an issue is thoroughly vetted by staff, the board of adjustment and the board of county commissioner prior to requiring a member of the public to expend the time and financial resources necessary to appeal a board of adjustment decision to district court."
