From Greg: I have reviewed the bill and don't support it. It put a Board of County Commissioners refereeing private road disputes. There already exists processes within statute to address prescriptive roads as well as developing public roads by petition.
Private road disputes are a civil matter between property owners. I see know public interest or other reason to intervene.
